Q. Are you looking for Volunteers?

Q. How much will the autographs cost:
All Autographs will cost between £20-£30. Have a look on our site for a list of confirmed prices. You will also be able to purchase in advance.
Q. will you be Posting a Price list for all the Autographs.

Q. What is the difference between the General Entry tickets and the Early Bird tickets.
Early Bird tickets gain access to the event 1 hour earlier than general entry.
Q. Will you be providing pictures that we can get signed if we don’t have anything to bring with us?
Yes! There will be some 10×8 pictures available for you to chose from if you don’t have anything that you want to bring with you
Q: Can I purchase Autographs at the table?
Yes you will be able to pay for Autographs at the tables, however this will be cash only.
Q: If we buy an auto at the table can we pay by card?
No- unfortunately we will only be able to take cash over the table. You can preorder autographs and photoshoots on the website, where you can pay by card.
Q: Is there a cash point on site?
Yes there is a cash point in the venue however it is one that charges you. There is also a nearby leisure park (approx. 1-2 minute walk away). that has a number of free cash points available.
We would however recommend that you bring some money with you as as the cash points tend to get quite busy and you don’t want to get caught out if any actually run out of money.
***just a hint to those who would like to make the guest PA’s day – £5 notes are usually like gold dust at these events so bring some of these with you if you can and you will would make a lot of our volunteers very very happy ******
Q. Do the SOA & Bones V.I.P tickets include the casts Autographs?
Yes! Those cast members that are IN the group shot will also sign a picture at no extra cost as it’s included in the VIP package . So you could either decide to get the group photo signed or if you really wanted you could bring something with you for them to sign/choose one of the pictures available at the table. However i must stress this is one ONE autograph per guest in the group if you want any others you will have to pay for these ON top of your VIP package.
Q: can I buy a trader table?
Yes!!! The Cambridge Comic Cons Website has apage for “Vendors” – If you go to https://www.eventhorizon.events/vendors/ you will be able to get all the info you need and download the application form.
Q. Is there parking near the venue?
Yes- yes there is multi-storey parking just behind the venue.

Q.I have a accessibility requirements, can I bring a carer with me?
Yes absolutely you can, if you are someone that needs a carer we completely understand this. If you get in contact with us at this address: firstname.lastname@example.org what we can do is add a +1 to your ticket (which ever ticket type you are buying).
This means that your carer will get in to the venue for completely free. When you arrive to the event your carer will be given a band to identify they are a carer which will also help if you go out and want to come back in to the venue. There are however a couple of rules to go with this.
- They can purchase things from any of the vendors/food stalls that we will have at the event.
- The carer will be unable to to purchase any Autographs/photo ops of them selves/be in any of your photo ops. If they want this ability then they would need to purchase a General entry ticket. They will however be able to Assist you in purchasing autographs/ giving any assistance needed at your photo ops
Q. Can i have more that one person in my photo op….
Unfortunately the answer to this is NO. There will only be ONE Person allowed in each photo op with a guest and that will be the person that has the valid photo op Ticket.
Q. Are service animals allowed entry into the venue?
